Our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds
Custom Products
Since all our decal kits are made to order and customized for your specific vehicle, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. This right of withdrawal exemption is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Law OUG 34/2014 Art. 16 lit. c. Please verify your vehicle model, year, and configuration before placing your order.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect. All products are covered by a 2-year Legal Guarantee of Conformity. We will either replace the defective item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation and your preference.
Incorrect Orders
If we made an error with your order (wrong design, wrong vehicle model, etc.), please contact us immediately. We will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.
Damaged During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours. Keep all packaging materials as they may be needed for the carrier's investigation.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After production begins, cancellations are not possible as materials have already been allocated to your order.
Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, exchanges are generally not possible. If you need a different product, you will need to place a new order. Contact us if you believe an exception should be made.
