By accessing and using Nicho's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Products and Services

We offer custom decal kits and graphics for various vehicles. All products are made to order and may vary slightly from displayed images due to the custom nature of our work. Product images are for illustration purposes. Because all our products are custom-made to order according to your specifications, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal is exempt (in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Law OUG 34/2014 Art. 16(c)).

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be received before production begins. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Custom Designs

For custom design orders, you must own the rights to any logos, images, or designs you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Production and Delivery

Production times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and current workload. The average waiting time for our designers to begin work is around 5-7 days after the order has been placed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and logos, is the property of Nicho and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All our products benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for defective products, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., OUG 140/2021). If you receive a defective product, please contact us for a repair, replacement, or refund.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first. If we cannot resolve the dispute, European consumers can use the Online Dispute Resolution (SOL) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Romanian consumers can also access the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) platform provided by ANPC at anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
